Abstract

This creates favorable conditions for the development of the business community, but the achievement of global goals is impossible without separate tools that must work without taking into account the formalisms and the human factor. One such mechanism is the regulatory impact assessment, whose impact, at first glance, seems insignificant and unimportant, but at the same time, gives the opportunity to participate in government regulation to business representatives.
