The implementation of the" may decrees» of the President, the need to create a favorable investment climate, increase business activity-all these goals are unattainable without the confidence of the business community in the protection and protection of their legal rights. For this purpose, whole support institutions have been developed, including the Institute of Commissioners for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs, the creation of organizations aimed at close interaction with business, the introduction of a temporary moratorium on control and Supervisory measures. This creates favorable conditions for the development of the business community, but the achievement of global goals is impossible without separate tools that must work without taking into account the formalisms and the human factor. One such mechanism is the regulatory impact assessment, whose impact, at first glance, seems insignificant and unimportant, but at the same time, gives the opportunity to participate in government regulation to business representatives. In this regard, the analysis of the procedure for assessing the regulatory impact in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug; identified weaknesses and proposed solutions.
