Today, in the world and in Ukraine, the methodology of project management and the methodology of value-oriented project management are being rapidly implemented, in particular, the stakeholder management component is being developed. After the results of the analysis of scientists’ publications, the author has concluded that the interested parties of any project, in particular, an art project, can both improve the result of the project and completely discredit it, thereby completing the project without achieving the goal. Therefore, in existing project management methodologies, special attention is paid to identifying, analyzing, monitoring and managing stakeholders, as well as determining the value of a project product for each of them. The purpose of the article is to develop methods of value-oriented management of art projects, which provide an opportunity to identify the stakeholders of the art project and assess the value of the art product, to increase the satisfaction of the needs of all stakeholders of the art project. The article analyzes the stage of identifying the stakeholders of an art project in accordance with the existing mechanisms of the interaction between the company and its stakeholders. The author has offered to improve these mechanisms by assessing the values of each stakeholder and taking into account the impact of risks from their activities or inactivity. The method of managing the value of the art project, which allows to develop strategies to manage the value of stakeholders and risks that may arise in the course of their activities, is proposed. The application of techniques of value-oriented art project management will help the art project manager and his team to identify the art project stakeholders and assess the value of the art product, taking into account the needs of each interested party of the art project in order to increase their satisfaction with the art project product.
