This paper aims to inform researchers about the discovery of a new libyc inscription found about twenty kilometers east of Tangier. The location is accessible, the inscription is visible. This is the first inscription of this type engraved on a large rock that is still in the ground. It includes 25 characters where we read the famous formula (). Thanks to these epigraphic characteristics, we can place it among the group of inscriptions already found in the Anjra area, between Tangier, Tétouan and Ceuta. The inscriptions of this region seem to be written in one same libyc alphabet, commonly used in this region during the Roman times.
