Two cases of female patients attending the Surgery Department for having a large breast lesion are presented. Both cases had breast sarcomas. Case 1 corresponds to a patient of the Republic of Mali, a 60-year-old patient who attended the Kati hospital in that nation. The patient, presenting a tumor located in a right supernumerary breast, was treated by a Cuban doctor belonging to the Arnaldo Milian Castro Provincial University Hospital of Villa Clara, Cuba, who is currently serving international mission in the African country. Case No. 2 is a 65-year-old female patient who attended the multidisciplinary consultation of the aforementioned hospital in Villa Clara because of a large lesion in the right breast.
