ABOUT SOME PRINCIPLES OF THE UNIFIED CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE

Abstract

In the article the author attempted to determine what principles would be the basis of a uniform civil process. The findings are based on the analysis of the concept of uniform Civil procedure code of the Russian Federation.
