In this work we have analyzed research results of colloidal properties of bile, biochemical parameters in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in combination with hyperuricemia. During the study it was found that on the background of increased uric acid levels, there observed violation in the spectrum of bile acids, increased levels of cholic and deoxycholic acid, reduced level of taurine acid. Imbalance between these indicators and the oxidation of bile leads to increase in bile lithogenic properties, that, in turn, contributes to the formation of gallstones. The use of ursodeoxycholic acid, rosuvastatin and allopurinol in doses, indicated in the survey, in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in combination with hyperuricemia promotes improvement of clinical symptoms, normalization of biochemical parameters, as well as normalization in the spectrum of bile acids.
