This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats based on 9 elements of the Business Model Kanvas (BMC) and to map new strategies in order to increase product sales. The methods used in this study are through BMC approach and SWOT analysis. The methods used in this study were through the BMC and SWOT analysis. The initial stage of the study was mapping BMC that have been carried out by a business owner, then combined with a SWOT analysis that produces a strategy matrix. The strategy matrix generates strengths including product novelty, online marketing through social media, and providing a tester for shop visitors. Weaknesses are there is no service to retain customers, products are easily imitated, and the use of machines and tools are still simple. In addition, opportunities that can be created include the absence of competitors in the same product line in one city, making packaging more attractive, and creating a website to expand marketing. Threats that can arise include mobile customers and the presence of factory-made products outside the city that produce the latest technology and more attractive packaging. After that, the result of the SWOT analysis matrix was mapped back into BMC. The final result of BMC mapping shows some additional strategies on the elements that can be used as alternative new strategies to be applied. These elements namely value propositions, channels, main resources, and cost structures
