Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing measures for a patient undergoing transapical transcatheter aortic valve replacement. Key issues of perioperative nursing included preoperative preparation, preoperative preparation, preoperative consultation, intraoperative cooperation, predictive nursing. Precise nursing interventions are the foundation of the successful surgical treatment. (本文总结1例行经心尖入路经导管主动脉瓣置换术(TA-TAVR)治疗的患者的护理经验, 包括术前准备、术前讨论、术中配合要点、预见性干预等护理内容, 通过开展精准的围术期护理, 有助于保证患者手术的顺利实施。)
