ÉTICA E PROJETO PROFISSIONAL DO SERVIÇO SOCIAL NA PERSPECTIVA EMANCIPATÓRIA NO BRASIL: uma construção histórica

Abstract

It discusses the ethical and politicai foundation that support the Social Work along the its historical process, highlighting the neo-Thomist foundations implemented by the first ethics codes of Social Work. It also examines the progress of the theoretical, methodological and politicai progress that led to the construction of an emancipating project for the professional class, including its legal aspects, with the approval of the new Ethics Code for the profession and the Law that rules it.
