Concurrent occurrence of coronary artery disease, aortic valve pathology, and abdominal aortic aneurysm presents a complex challenge for surgical intervention. Traditional staged approach bears considerable risks, including two major operations and potential aneurysm rupture during initial surgery. This case report outlines the procedural intricacies and successful outcome of a simultaneous approach to address all pathologies, offering insights into operative considerations.
