Diabetes mellitus due to biliary recurrent pancreatitis. Case report
Abstract
The majority of diabetes cases are referred to two pathogenetic forms, DM1 and DM2. Other variants are much rarer. One of them is DM resultingfrom disturbances in the pancreatic exocrine apparatus, e.g. pancreatitis, underlain by a different pathogenetic mechanism.
