The review summarizes information on the epidemiology, etiology and pathogenesis of pelvic floor insufficiency in women of reproductive age, the use of various types of conservative and surgical care, as well as modern possibilities of various rehabilitation programs in the postoperative period aimed at maintaining the quality of life of a woman.
