Research progress of external therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome in children (中医外治疗法在儿童过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征治疗中的研究进展)

Abstract

Combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome (CARAS) in children refers to the syndrome of allergic rhinitis and asthma at the same time, which is a chronic inflammatory disease with allergic reactions in the upper and lower respiratory tract at the same time, and the incidence has increased year by year in recent years, seriously affecting children's physical health and quality of life, and has become one of the global health problems. This article briefly discusses the etiology and mechanism of CARAS in perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and analyzes and summarizes the research progress of TCM external treatment of CARAS in children, in order to provide more clinical basis for the prevention and treatment of CARAS in children. (儿童过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征(CARAS) 是指同时患有过敏性鼻炎和哮喘的综合征, 是一种上、下呼吸道同时存在过敏性反应的慢性炎症性疾病, 近年来发病率逐年升高, 严重影响儿童的身体健康和生活质量, 已成为全球性健康问题之一。本文概述儿童CARAS的中医病因机理, 对儿童CARAS的中医外治疗法研究进展进行分析和总结, 以期为儿童CARAS的防治提供更多的临床依据。)
