Abstract

Abstract - The contribution consists of the translation from German into Italian of the essay by Hermann Usener, Italische Volksjustiz, which appeared in «Rheinisches Museum für Philologie », in 1901, on the issues of sacertà and occentatio, a topic of great relevance in contemporary romanistics, declined through the examination, above all, of Plautine sources.
