The personal confidence manifestation in relation to the characteristics of personal initiative of different groups of medical staff

Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of measures of surgeons' personal initiative in relation to the characteristics of their assertive activity. The authors have disclosed the features of development and implementation of personal initiative as the system attribute of surgeons' personality in connection with the manifestation of the harmonious instrumental characteristics of their personal self-reliance.
