Niget: Nanoindentation general evaluation tool

Abstract

We introduce Niget, a new tool for evaluating nanoindentation measurement data. Unlike software provided by the manufacturers of most indentation devices, Niget offers a range of analysis methods with adjustable parameters and evaluates measurement uncertainties.
