Personalized anticoagulant therapy strategies for deep vein thrombosis
Abstract
Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) is a common vascular condition that can lead to severe complications such as pulmonary embolism and chronic post-thrombotic syndrome. Anticoagulant therapy is the cornerstone of DVT management. This article reviews the current state of research on anticoagulant therapy, focusing on common types of anticoagulants, anticoagulation regimens, and strategies for managing anticoagulation in special types of DVT. It aims to explore personalized anticoagulation plans tailored to different conditions and individual differences, providing a reference for precise anticoagulant treatment of DVT.
