This study addresses organizations like complex and living systems. Based on this understanding it follows a complex approach to organizations in seven aspects that characterize the life of an organization. The seven systemic features of an economic organization that we consider throughout this article are: their appearance, internal structure, relations between individuals, dynamic interactions (generated phenomenon), processes run (organizational networks), operational flows (production cycle) and the operating patterns. In the second part of this study, based on the idea of the organization as a complex organism characterized by seven dimensions, we have tried to emphasize that its strength come from a maximum harmony and coherence of its parts. This harmony is given precisely by the existence of common guidelines in all the seven levels of the system called organization. Common guidelines aims consistent strategic decisions at each level of the system, decisions can be integrated into what we call strategic system. For this reason we propose to make a distinction between global strategy (strategic approach) firm strategies (strategies typical) business strategies (policies), functional strategies (strategic planning and operational planning) and operational strategies (operational programs and projects).
