Antenatal fetal death is an actual clinical problem. It consists 77.9 % among stillborn children. Assuming that all surveyed pregnant women had a history of antenatal fetal death, it was held hormonal examination of placental lactogen, estriol, human chorionic gonadotropin. It was found that levels of placental lactogen, estriol and human chorionic gonadotropin were higher than in the control group. Already at this stage, patients were at risk and needed additional tests and observation. In recent years, thrombocytopenia with platelet counts less 150 · 109/l is observed in 7–10 % of pregnant women, that is why estimation of state of homeostasis in pregnant women with antenatal fetal death in history is very actual. Activity of liver enzymes in the study group and in the comparison group differed somewhat from that of the control group, which required further examination and observation.
