Abstract
The article talks about the negative impact of contemporary socio-cultural situation in the country on the moral development of the young generation, about the necessity of revival of the society of General and psychological culture of its citizens, on the responsibility of Universities for education of not only professional competence, but also psychological culture, intelligence of the future specialists.
