Evaluation of urban land uses in the ancient city of Kufa

Abstract

The study shed light on the reality of the state of urban land uses in the ancient city of Kufa and the most important factors influencing it, and then evaluating those uses according to local planning standards represented by the criterion of per capita share as well as other criteria. Planning standards and population size, as there is a clear shortage in the number of housing units and housing space, as is the case in other uses such as transportation, industry, etc. A number of conclusions have been reached, which is the final outcome through the final study of the land uses of this city
