Rehabilitation nursing of a patient with brachial plexus injury after pacemaker implantation (1例心脏起搏器植入术后并发臂丛神经损伤患者的康复护理体会)

Abstract

This article summarizes the rehabilitation nursing of a patient with brachial plexus injury after pacemaker implantation. After the operation, the patient developed symptoms in the left upper limb. After diagnosis, the patient received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing, including pain management, functional training, etc. , and was discharged from the hospital with relieved symptoms. During the nursing process, nurses faced challenges such as poor patient compliance, difficulty in pain management, and patient rehabilitation after discharge from hospital. These problems were addressed through psychological nursing, analgesic plans, and enhanced follow-up program. This case indicated the efficacy of multidisciplinary collaboration in precise treatment of cardiac diseases. In the future, in-depth research can be carried out in aspects such as expanding the sample size, exploring new technologies, and improving the risk model to enhance the quality of nursing care. (本文总结1例心脏起搏器植入术后并发臂丛神经损伤患者的康复护理体会。患者术后出现左上肢症状, 确诊后接受综合康复护理, 包括疼痛护理、功能训练等, 症状缓解出院。护理中面临患者依从性低、疼痛管理难、出院康复巩固问题, 需要完善心理护理、镇痛管理和随访等。多学科协作助力精准治疗, 为患者康复提供了有力保障。未来可在扩大样本量、探索新技术、完善风险模型等方面深入研究, 提升护理质量。)
