Un petit projet belgo-sénégalais aux grandes espérances

Abstract

A small Belgian-Senegalese project with great hopes. Three Belgium cooperators try with ail their means to set up a cooperation in a friendly way to corne to a model development of six villages in Senegal. The Administration there expects to have, a methodology with it can use for groupes of villages after wards for the sector and at last for the region in order to promote the economic and social development. It is a hard task because a chance of habitude takes time, patience and comprehension.
