Typical nanosatellite missions are currently dedicated either to observing and measuring the Earth's environment or to testing new technologies in the space environment. A nanosatellite can accompany a large satellite when it is put into orbit by a rocket or it can be launched by a balloon which is done in this study and thus enable universities around the world to launch scientific experiments in space at a reduced cost. The aim of this project is the development of a nanosatellite cube that will be able to retrieve a number of information to study the weather behavior and atmosphere characteristics at high altitudes that can reach 40 Kilometers. The present cube was developed around an embedded electronic system with a high computing intelligence. Associated with several sensors it can acquire, analyze and communicate or store physical data for end user application. For the nanosatellite cube enclosure, we are used a new 3D printing technology to develop a solution that meets the demanding mechanical requirements and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) which is a thermoplastic polymer characterized by good impact resistance, relatively rigid, lightweight and can be used as a 3D printing material. In this article, we will present the design concept of the Nano Cube SAT project that was developed by the Private University of Fez-UPF, in collaboration with KSF agency. The nano satellite cube was raised into high atmosphere by a balloon which has been done in July 2019 from INDIA.
