FOUR SENSOR GAS MICROSYSTEM BASED ON POROUS ANODIC ALUMINA SUBSTRATE: DESIGN, FABRICATION TECHNIQUE, SIMULATION

Abstract

Design and fabrication technique of four sensor gas microsystem based on nanoporous anodic alumina have been developed.
