The current study was conducted to investigate the view of childbearing among women in Tehran. The research method was qualitative and data analysis theory was used in data analysis. Qualitative interviews of 16 married women without children, between the ages of 20 and 40, were used to collect data from this study. Findings were extracted in the form of 10 basic concepts, 125 open s code, 74 axial core code and 13 core code, as well as contexts, processes and consequences. Fertility was the core code that is a need and was formed with two perspectives on the meaning of the child: God-centered and self-centered. From the God-centered view of childbearing, the importance of educating the monotheistic generation, and from the self-centered view, most personal desires were important; Of course, God-centered look was less desired by people. In order to achieve a God-centered view, it is necessary to deal with the context, process, and consequences of the desire to have children in verses and hadiths, so that the tendency to bear child gradually increases with a God-centered view.
