New opportunities for diagnosis of periodontal capillary pressure
Abstract
Developed and tested a device for determining periodontal capillary pressure. It is proved that the periodontal capillary pressure has multidirectional changes depending on the type of pathology: the gingival recession in conjunction with malocclusions identified reduction of periodontal capillary pressure in 1.1 times in chronic generalized periodontitis complex in conjunction with malocclusions increase it to 1.5 times. High sensitivity (97%), the minimum time (2 min) to carry out the diagnostic procedure and the possibility of obtaining data of capillary pressure periodontal allow to relate to the category of diagnosis developed innovative rapid methods.
