The aim of this study was to evaluate changes in tubulointerstitial renal parenchyma in patients with nephrolithiasis at various stages of surgical treatment using mediators nephrofibrosis and angiogenesis and the results of intraoperative biopsy of kidney. Results of surgical treatment of 65 patients with nephrolithiasis were studied. In serum and urine of patients content determined molecular mediators that characterize nephrosclerosis. It is shown that the most informative markers of tubulointerstitial fibrosis are IL12, VEGF in serum and excreted in the urine β2 MG, MCP 1 and NO. High level markers nephrosclerosis, conserved in the postoperative period in patients with bilateral nephrolithiasison the background existing tubulointerstitial damage indicates irreversibility nephrosclerosis and further progression of chronic kidney disease.
