Laboratory diagnosis of liver pathology in pregnant women
Abstract
The article presents data on the features of hepatitis A, B, C, D, E in pregnant women, methods for screening verification of liver pathology, clinical and laboratory signs of extrahepatic manifestations of chronic viral hepatitis B and C. Diagnostically significant laboratory parameters of hemochromatosis, autoimmune hepatitis, intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnanсy, pernicious vomiting of pregnancy, acute fatty liver of pregnancy, HELLP syndrome were determined in the present work. The article describes modern methods for conducting a laboratory “puncture-free” liver biopsy to evaluate fibrosis, hepatitis activity and liver steatosis. The lecture is intended for infectious disease doctors, obstetricians, gynecologists, gastroenterologists, family doctors.
