Development and the reliability and validity of a Treatment Adherence Rating Scale for patients with ulcerative colitis (溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗依从性量表的编制及信效度检验)

Abstract

Objective To develop and evaluate the reliability and validity of a Treatment Adherence Rating Scale for patients with ulcerative colitis (UC), and provide reference for its application in assessment of treatment adherence of UC patients in China. Methods Under the Guidance of the Theory of Humanism, the items pool was developed thought a literature review and semi-structured interview. Then the items pool was screened by a two round Delphi survey to form the draft of the scale. A convenient sample of 350 UC patients were recruited in the survey by using the draft of the scale. Results The Treatment Adherence Rating Scale for UC patients was composed of 16 items in three dimensions. The content validity of each item ranged from 0. 813 and 0. 986, and the overall content validity was 0. 912. The Cronbach's α of each item ranged from 0. 813～0. 947, and the overall Cronbach's α was 0. 918. Conclusion This study had generated a Treatment Adherence Rating Scale for UC patients, which consisted of 16 items in dimensions of adherence to dietary, medication and living habits. This scale has good reliability and validity, which can be used for assessing the treatment adherence of UC patients. (目的 编制溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗依从性量表并进行信效度检验, 为评估我国溃疡性结肠炎患者的治疗依从性提供测量工具。方法 以人本主义理论为指导, 结合查阅文献及半结构访谈, 初步形成量表条目池, 通过两轮专家函询, 形成量表初稿。以便利抽样的方法, 采用量表初稿调查了350例溃疡性结肠炎患者。结果 溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗依从性量表包括3个维度, 16个条目。各条目内容效度为0. 813～0. 986, 量表内容效度为 0. 912; 总量表Cronbachs’ α系数为0. 918, 各维度Cronbachs’ α系数为0. 813～0. 947。结论 本研究初步编制了包括饮食依从、用药依从、生活方式依从3个维度的溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗依从性量表, 共 16个条目, 且具有良好的信效度, 可用于测评溃疡性结肠炎患者的治疗依从性水平。)
