PREPARING FOR PREGNANCY PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC ENDOMETRITIS AND ITS EFFECTIVENESS
Abstract
The purpose of this research – comparative efficiency evaluation of pregravidarny preparation with use phyto - or physical therapy at patients with a chronic endometritis. Materials and methods. We conducted a prospective kogortny research which included 309 patients. Everything conducted earlier a course of complex therapy of a chronic endometritis after which pregnancy didn't occur within 10 months. Depending on tactics of further maintaining the patient were divided into two groups (the main and group of comparison). Patients of a primary group (n=249), received pregravidarny preparation depending on which option they were divided into two subgroups. Patients of the first main subgroup (n=148) received 2,5 mg in days of water extract of an ortiliya one-sided during three menstrual cycles. Patients of the second main subgroup (n=101) received the combined physiotreatment within one and a half months. Patients of group of comparison (n=60) refused any option of pregravidarny preparation, waiting tactics was offered them. Results and their discussion. Efficiency of pregravidarny preparation was proved twice more often by the occurred pregnancies in a primary group, than in group of comparison. Frequency of approach of pregnancies didn't depend on option of pregravidarny preparation (72,9% and 81,2%; p> 0,05), but reproductive losses were significantly higher at the patients who were receiving physiotreatment and not receiving pregravidarny preparation in comparison with the patients receiving phytotherapy (7,9%, 10% and 4,7%; p> 0,05). The patients receiving pregravidarny preparation had an identical course of pregnancy, childbirth and the postnatal period and less complicated, than at patients without pregravidarny preparation. Conclusion. Carrying out pregravidarny preparation to patients with infertility against the background of a chronic endometritis extract of an ortiliya one-sided or physiotreatment leads to approach of pregnancy and its safe completion by childbirth significantly more often, than in the absence of that. Thus, extract of an ortiliya one-sided can be recommended, along with traditional physical therapy, for patients with a chronic endometritis at a stage of pregravidarny preparation.
