Compressive strength and splitting tensile strength are important indexes for evaluating the road performance of basalt fiber permeable concrete. At present, the research on the mechanical strength (compressive strength, splitting tensile strength) of basalt fiber permeable concrete is mostly based on experiments, but repeated variable parameter analysis test is a huge workload. In order to make up for the limitation of test data, this paper uses MIMICS software to reconstruct 3d CT images of pervious concrete. The three-dimensional finite element model of basalt fiber pervious concrete is obtained by programming random fiber distribution program in Python language. The mechanical strength of basalt fiber pervious concrete specimens with different fiber lengths was simulated in ABAQUS software, and the simulation results were compared with the experimental results. The results show that there is a small error between the numerical simulation results and the experimental results, and the error is within the controllable range of 5%. The variation of mechanical strength of basalt fiber pervious concrete under different fiber lengths can be simulated, and the numerical simulation can better reflect the failure process of specimens.
