Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing wired charging mode, such as complex wiring and lack of flexibility, a wireless charging transmission system for electric vehicles is designed. The electromagnetic and circuit parts are studied and designed respectively. The coil model of the wireless charging transmission system is obtained and the coil is manufactured successfully. The design coil is simulated by ANSYS Maxwell software. The inductance coefficient, mutual inductance coefficient and coupling coefficient between coils are obtained. The simulation results verify the feasibility of the design system.
