USING THE PRECEDENTIAL APPROACH FOR ACTION PLAN FORMATION FOR INCREASING COMPETITIVENESS OF DEVELOPING ENTERPRISE

Abstract

Formulates and solves problems of choice of activities for the formation of an action plan directed on increasing competitiveness of developing enterprises. For this purpose an hierarchical database of precedent (HDP) is formed, which contains the well-known (typical) events, which previously successfully held in domestic and world practice of reforming the enterprises. Events correspond to the hierarchy of supply chain of production and HDP formed as reuse activities with values of competitiveness indicators. Qualitative values of parameters for the formation of precedential "words" in HDP are used. Directed search of "close" (required) precedents is carried out in the lexicographical sense to form an action plan to increas a competitiveness of developing enterprise.
