This paper deals with the measurement and evaluation of biomechanical properties during the measurement of intraocular pressure using a non-contact ocular tonometer with a pachymetric function. From the measured ophthalmological quantities, we evaluate the mechanical properties of the cornea, which are the main influencing factor in the examination of glaucoma in the medical practice of eye clinics. The measurement is based on applanation moments measured on the cornea, which creates a precondition for a closer determination of the biomechanics of the human cornea for the purposes of further research, especially as a basis for metrological control of non-contact ocular tonometers.
