Observation on the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine sitz bath combined with auricular acupoint embedding for pain control after hemorrhoids surgery (中药坐浴联合耳穴埋豆对混合痔术后镇痛的效果观察)
Abstract
Objective In order strengthen the nursing intervention of pain after mixed hemorrhoids operation, this study observed the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine sitz bath combined with auricular acupoint bean embedding in different periods after surgery. Methods Totally 120 patients who were diagnosed as mixed hemorrhoids were treated by external stripping and internal ligation. They were randomly divided into two groups, and each group has 60 patients. The control group was treated with Traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath on the first day after surgery, and the study group was treated with auricular acupoint bean embedding 2 hours after surgery combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine sitz bath. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores of the two groups were compared at 2h, 12h, 24h, 48h and 72h after operation. Results The study found that the degree of wound pain(VAS score)in the study group was lower than that in the control group at 12h, 24h, 48h and 72h after operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0. 05). Conclusion In the early stage after operation of mixed hemorrhoids, auricular acupoint bean embedding, and the pain nursing intervention combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine sitz bath on the first day after operation is simple and effective. Clinical attention should be paid to the early pain control intervention after operation of mixed hemorrhoids. (目的 将中药坐浴联合耳穴埋豆应用于混合痔术后患者, 观察不同时段进行疼痛控制的效果, 以期加强混合痔术后疼痛护理干预手段。方法 120例混合痔患者接受外剥内扎手术后随机分为对照组和研究组, 各60例, 对照组于术后第1天起行中药坐浴, 研究在对照组基础上于术后2 h起进行耳穴埋豆干预, 分别于术后2 h、12 h、24 h、48 h和72 h比较两组的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果 术后12 h、24 h、48 h和72 h, 研究组伤口疼痛VAS评分均低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 混合痔术后早期即行耳穴埋豆, 并于术后第1天联合中药坐浴的疼痛护理干预手段简便且持续有效, 临床应注重混合痔术后早期的疼痛控制干预。)
