Information on Quality Management Information System in the Ministry of Health Coverage
Abstract
Information systems can be used for data services and information activities with more productive, transparent, orderly, fast, easy, accurate, integrated, safe and efficient, especially helpful in smoothing and facilitating the formation of policy in improving the health care system in particular in the field of organization of hospitals in Indonesia this study examines usage. output as well as the report of the SIMRS, especially at the Ministry of health coverage (BPJS) as well as its utilization for leadership and the management. Researchers using a qualitative approach. The design used in this research is a case study, qualitative analysis, and observations directly. This research uses 11 informants. Data retrieval through interviews and documentation. The results showed that the application of the SIM RS in Sinjai District HOSPITALS in the practical order used for the registration and payment transaction patients. but there are some who become problems in the implementation of applications, namely the lack of SIMRS accuracy of the user applications, network delays, and HUMAN RESOURCE limitations. The conclusions of this research it is known that the quality of data/information generated is not fully in accordance with the notice from the 9 indicators in the form of relevant, accurate, completeness, timeliness, reliability, ease of access, easy to understand, immediacy and security. Recommended processes the input data must be addressed. Instructions or directives manual SIM must be created and distributed to all operators.
