The association of the development of prostatitis with chronic hemorrhoids is attributed to the close arrangement and anatomically common lymphatic and venous formation of these organs. Analysis of the data of 140 patients with chronic prostatitis and hemorrhoids with frequent exacerbations showed that more than 2 signs of chronic prostatitis were recorded in 86.9 % of the patients with chronic hemorrhoids. In addition, there were skeletal muscular, psychoneurological, sexual, and neurological/systemic symptoms in 37.5, 51.1, 65.7, and 48.6 % of the patients
