Due to the high-quality data required in some major industrial fields, transferring those data seem to be an inevitable task. Wires and fibers used for data transmission are needed coating process to be safe from possible damage. This paper first conducted the mathematical Non-linear differential equations for a pressure-type die on wire coating process. Then it was found that the Least Square Method used to predict the thermal behavior of the operating fluid is reasonably accurate. At the end, some critical values such as permeability, magnetic, and third-grade parameters were changed to evaluate their effects on the fluid behavior. It found the temperature pattern rises around 21% by enhancing magnetic parameters. Moreover, the velocity pattern decreases by enlarging the magnetic field, and the temperature profile increases by rising Brinkman number.
