POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS NO SEMIÁRIDO ALAGOANO E A RESISTÊNCIA QUILOMBOLA E CAMPONESA FRENTE À EXPLORAÇÃO CAPITALISTA
Abstract
In this exposition are discussed public policies, based on the conception of the state and its functions in capitalism in crisis. The analysis is specifically directed for the semiarid region of Alagoas and aims point out the intentions of domination capitalist expressed and implied in the public policies objectives. In this circumstances, it presents the forms of political and cultural resistance of populations quilombolas and peasants to the mands to the state, who earn meaning of social struggles and contribute to the overcoming of the capitalist order.
