PROJECT MANAGEMENT AS BASIS OF EFFECTIVE DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION SOCIETY

Abstract

In the article the necessity of a paradigm shift in the management of conditions in the information society formation is determined. It is proved that project management is the determining factor of cooperation of business structures in the context of globalization activities. This paper analyzes the processes of formation of the consulting environment as a basis for the support and extension of the scope of project management. The measures aimed at improving the methodology of project management and facilitating its spread are proposed.
