Coronary angiography represents the standard modality for visualization of coronary arteries. It provides a unique overview of the coronary tree anatomy and topography, however, angiography has limitations. Angiographic “Ambiguous” lesions are a result of methodological limitation in the detection of coronary artery disease or in the assessment of lesion severity. objective: high lighting the importance of inverted gray scale on demonstration of different ambiguous coronary artery lesions tips and tricks in daily practice.
