Caracterização de um extrato de Cysticercus cellulosae - Comunicação prévia

Abstract

O autor apresenta um estudo sobre a composição antigênica do Cysticercus cellulosae empregando as técnicas de gel-difusão e imunoeletroforese; através da gel-difusão evidenciaram-se 5 faixas de precipitação e, na imunoeletroforese, 9 sistemas de precipitação. Salienta, ainda, a importância de novos estudos a fim de melhor definir a composição antigênica do parasita.The author presents the results obtained with gel-diffusion and immunoeletrophoresis to detect the antigenic composition of Cysticercus cellulosae; 5 and 9 antigenic fractions were obtained respectively with gel-diffusion and immunoeletrophoresis. The author points out that more detailed studies must be carried out in order to determine the real antigenic composition of the parasite.
