This study aims to identify the tendencies about which subjects were mostly focused and which research methodologies were employed in the organizational behaviour studies over last six years, and explore the strengths and weakness of the studies in the field, and lastly give recommendations about future studies. In order to achieve this aim, I utilize content analysis on variables, research methodologies and data sources reported in the proceedings presented at National Business Administration Congresses during the years 2010-2015. As a result, it has been concluded that, in recent studies, leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, performance and conflict were the mostly focused subjects. The present research indicated that 87.8% of the studies were quantitative studies and 5.3% of the studies were qualitative studies. In addition, 85.5% of the research applied survey methods and self-rating data collection method was used in 95.5% of these studies.
