Analysis of the Economic and Informational Aspects of the Hybrid War Based on Resources of the Scientific Library

Abstract

The article examines the experience of using the resources of the scientific library to study the economic and informational aspects of the hybrid war. The advantages of the scientific library for studying the phenomenon of hybrid war have been determined. Such advantages are collective organization of preparation of analytical documents, rational usage of various types of sources of information and effective solution to the dilemma «quality of information product - time to prepare information product». The study determined that in 2014-2017, Russia used economic and informational mechanisms of the hybrid war against the financial and real sectors of Ukrainian economy. The article proves that Ukrainian economy successfully withstood Russian hybrid aggression. It is shown that Russian economy suffered significant losses in hybrid war against Ukraine.
