This research is related to the measurement of the degree of skills that teachers have a School Financial Engineering, in order to perform an analysis of compliance according to the 16 competencies identified by the Council of Evaluation, Accreditation and Quality Assurance in Higher Education (CEAACES) of Ecuador. For this analysis related to fuzzy logic and its objective was to determine the overall competence of teachers in the School of Engineering Finance to design a successful strategy Improvement tools they were used. This article is part of an investigation into a College of Business Administration, where they were evaluated the five schools that constitute it.
