Approach to the concepts of justice, well-ordered society and political subject in John Rawls
Abstract
The manuscript develops some postulates that made John Rawls on the concepts of Justice, wellordered society and the concept of person in the book Political Liberalism (1995). Therefore addresses both the importance of these concepts within the scope of the theory as equity, as well as itsmost important features in the context of a liberal democratic society. The document bases his thesis on the need to build the liberal society on a public framework. The core of the issue is to understand democracy as a political relationship between citizens within a basic structure of society at the heart of which subjects were born and in which normally runs his life.
