Regional migratory osteoporosis is characterized by migratory transient regional osteoporosis attacks. The etiology is not explained completely. Although it is a self-limiting benign disease, it causes serious arthralgia in involved joint and loss of labor force. It is important to make the differential diagnosis with many diseases which causes bone marrow edema. Therefore, herein we present a fifty-four-year old male patient diagnosed with regional migratory osteoporosis of the hip, knee, and ankle involvement.
