Contributions of Vojislav Radovanovic in Founding Environmental Geography – Overview of the Anthropogeography Textbook

Abstract

Academician and Professor Vojislav S. Radovanović, as rarely any other Serbian geographer during the twentieth century, had rich, varied, and above all successful teaching, research-scientific, organizational-managerial, sociocultural, nationalpatriotic, and other public roles and functions. Especially impressive was the broadness of his research, scientific, educational, and organizational commitment where he successfully worked and achieved. This work focuses on Professor Radovanović’s engagement in teaching at universities and especially on his teaching contents that are relevant for the establishment of environmental geography.
