STRATEGIES FOR SOCIAL ADAPTATION OF VICTIMS BY FLOODS IN 2013 YEAR

Abstract

The article presents data from a study conducted by the sociological survey (semiforma-lized interviews) among the citizens affected by the flood in 2013 in the territory of the Jewish Autonomous Region.The study found that the population, were in the area of flooding is in the difficult so-cial and economic conditions that give rise to social tensions and insecurity that affect their adaptation and the development of the agricultural sector in the territory under consideration.Of particular importance is the analysis of the adaptation strategies of groups of victims of natural disasters (the appearance of migratory moods, employment of people who lost their jobs, the acquisition of property in the same area or moving to the city, the region, and others.). The relevance of the study is also determined by the fact that at the present time is not set the conceptual foundations of the process of interaction with the methodological tools, which complicates the selection of indicators of adaptation among the populations affected by natural disasters.
